Paying on the website is the confirmation. You do not need to email “please proceed” after a successful payment.
Instant orders
After card, PayPal, or Path credits checkout you land on Order confirmed, with the order number. Path is preparing to edit. The page shows the turnaround you paid for.
You will get an email when the files are ready. The subject looks like “{order name} – your images are ready” and includes Download images.
Until then, open Orders → Processing to see Under review or In progress. See How do I check the status of my order?.
Custom quotes
A custom quote is not an order until you pay it. Open the quote from the email or from Quotes, confirm the settings, then Continue to payment. After payment, the quote becomes an order and production can start.

When you still need to reply
Payment does not answer an open question. Reply if support asks you to:
- Approve a sample
- Confirm an extra charge
- Clarify instructions or which files to edit
