Request corrections from the delivery email or the completed order. The steps are in How do I request revisions, corrections, or share feedback on my completed order?.
What is included
Corrections for a missed instruction or a production mistake are free. See What happens if I’m not happy with the edited images?.
A new direction that changes the scope — a different service, a new composite, or work the original brief did not describe — can be an extra charge. Support will say so before that work starts.
How long a revision takes
The revision form asks how soon you need the files. Path schedules the correction from that note and the size of the change. A small fix is often returned inside the turnaround you already paid for. If that deadline has passed, ask support for an estimate when you submit the form. A revision is not a new order with a new 6-hour clock unless you agree to pay for a faster turnaround.
Name the filenames and what is wrong. “Please fix” without a note is slower, because an editor has to guess.
When to ask for a refund
If a corrected file still misses the brief you paid for, reply on the order and say you want a refund rather than another round. Include the order number and what is still wrong.
Support confirms what can be refunded:
- Card or PayPal — the refund can take about 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
- Path credits — credits return to your balance when the refund is issued
Unused Path credit purchases follow a separate rule. See What are Path credits, and how do they work?.
A file that will not open is a resend, not a refund, while Path still has the file. See My download failed, or the files will not open.
