You can cancel from your account while the order is still under review (before production starts).
Steps
- Open Orders → Processing
- Open the order menu (…) and choose Cancel order
- Enter your reason for cancelling and confirm
Refunds
- Card / PayPal — refund processing can take about 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Path credits — credits return to your balance immediately
If Cancel isn’t available
The option hides once work is in progress. Contact support with your order number and they’ll advise what’s possible.
