Support often asks for your order number. You can find it in:
Confirmation email
After you place an order, open the confirmation email (typically “Your Path order has been confirmed”). The order number appears near the top of the message.
Orders page
- Open Orders
- Use Processing or Completed
- The order number is shown on each order summary / order detail page
