FTP is useful for large files or high-volume downloads.
Steps
- Sign in
- Open My account → FTP Account (or go to Account → FTP)
- Choose Enable FTP account
- Set an FTP password and enable
You’ll see login details on the FTP tab — use them in any standard FTP client (FileZilla, Transmit, and similar).
Notes
- FTP passwords are case-sensitive and must be at least 6 characters
- You can disable FTP anytime from the same tab
- Firewall whitelist details: FTP IP and ports
- Per-order delivery preference: Choose FTP as download option
