How do I choose FTP as the preferred download option for my order?

You can set FTP as the download preference for a specific order after it’s placed. The choice applies only to that order.

Before you start

Enable FTP for your account under Account → FTP.

Steps

  1. Open Orders → Processing
  2. Open the order (… → View order, or open the order card)
  3. In Download preference, select FTP and save

You’ll see an on-screen confirmation when it’s saved.
