You can cancel a Path credits subscription (Subscribe & save) at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing right away. Credits already in your balance stay available to use on orders.
Steps
- Sign in to your Path account
- Open Path credits from the sidebar
- On your Path credit subscription card, select the edit (pencil) button
- Select Cancel subscription
- Confirm in the dialog to finish cancelling
You’ll see a short confirmation before the subscription is cancelled so you can review what you’ll lose (for example team access or Subscribe & save bonuses, depending on your plan).
What happens after you cancel
- Future billing stops immediately — you won’t be charged for the next renewal
- Auto top-up stops too — extra charges when your balance is low end with the subscription. To turn off only auto top-up and keep scheduled renewals, see How to turn off auto top-up on a Path credits subscription
- Existing Path credits remain — any credits already in your balance stay available until you use them
- Pro / team features may end — if your subscription includes team access, FTP, or other Pro benefits, those can be removed when you cancel (the confirmation dialog lists what’s affected)
