Standard and Pro orders are edited to your instructions. They are not reserved for one person. A dedicated editing team is part of the Enterprise plan.
Keep a look consistent without Enterprise
- Save a template from an order whose result you want repeated
- On the next order, place a repeat order or apply that template
- In Additional comments, name the earlier order that is the reference, and call out color, crop, shadow, and layer structure
- Approve a sample on the first batch of a new product line before the rest is edited
The same written brief matters more than which person opens the file. If a color or crop drifted, request a revision and point at the reference order.
Ask for a dedicated team
Open Plans, find Enterprise, and choose Contact sales. Say that you want a dedicated team, the volume you expect, and any order that should be the reference. Path confirms what the agreement includes before you are moved onto Enterprise.
Until that is in place, support can note preferences on your account, but that note is not a dedicated team.
