JPG (.jpg / .jpeg) is preferred because it uploads and downloads quickly. You can also send:
- JPG (preferred)
- PSD
- TIFF
- PNG
- NEF
- RAW
- CR2
- DNG
Other types may be accepted depending on the flow (for example HEIC, CR3, WEBP, ARW on some uploads). If a file won’t upload, convert to JPG/TIFF/PSD or contact support.
