Edited images stay available for download for 14 days from the date the order completes. After that, they’re permanently deleted from Path’s systems.
Download your files as soon as you get the delivery email or see the order under Orders → Completed.

For longer-term storage, keep copies in your own DAM, Dropbox, or similar.
